account management Signing in to Vero Newsletters as a Vero Workflows user Newsletters is a brand new product from Vero, rebuilt from the ground up. If you’re a current Vero Workflows user you do not need to sign up to Vero Newsletters separately: you can access both of Vero’s products (Newsletters and Workflows) with the same user account. User accounts across multiple products If you have previously signed up to Vero Workflows you already have a Vero user account. If your user account has Administrator-level access to Vero Workflows you can use this user account to login to Vero Newsletters. If you have already have a user account but that account does not have Administrator-level access to Vero Workflows then you cannot login to Vero Newsletters using the same credentials at this time. In this scenario you will have to create a Vero Newsletters account using a different email address. Signing in to Newsletters as a Workflows user To use your current user account to sign in to Vero Newsletters: Go to the Vero homepage. Select Login. Select Vero Newsletters. Enter your current user account details (i.e. the same email and password or Google credentails you use to sign into Vero Classic). You’re in! Vero Newsletters workspaces are completely separate from Vero Workflows workspaces. Updating your password and 2FA The same password and 2FA configuration persists across both Vero Newsletters and Vero Workflows. You can update your the password and 2FA configuration for your user account in either product. This will update your central user account and the new credentials will be used when accessing either Vero Newsletters or Vero Workflows.
