# Exporting one user's activity logs

> Export the full event and activity history for a specific customer profile as a CSV file.

You can export the complete activity history for any individual customer profile as a CSV file. This includes all events and actions recorded against that profile in Vero.

## Exporting a profile's activity

1. Navigate to **Profiles** from the main sidebar and open the profile you want to export.
2. Click the **Activity** tab to view the profile's activity history.
3. Click **Export all activity** in the top-right corner of the page.

Vero will begin generating the export and redirect you to the [**Exports** page](/vero-2/importing-exporting/exports-overview). A notification will confirm that the export has started.

The export will appear in the exports list with the name **Activity history for \[user id]** and type **User profile activity (all)**.

## Downloading your export

Once the export is complete, go to the [**Exports** page](/vero-2/importing-exporting/exports-overview) to generate a secure download link and save the CSV file.
