# Connect Vero MCP to Claude

> Add the Vero MCP server as a custom connector in Claude so you can manage broadcasts and journeys from a chat.

## Prerequisites

* A Claude account. Custom connectors are available on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans (Free is limited to one connector).
* A Vero account you can sign in to.

## Connect Vero

    1. In Claude, go to **Customize** → **Connectors**.
    2. Click **Add** → **Add custom connector**.
    3. Enter the server details:
       * **Name**: Vero
       * **Remove MCP Server URL**: `https://mcp.getvero.com/mcp`
    4. Click **Continue**.
    5. Leave all the defaults and click **Add**.
    6. Click **Connect**. Claude opens Vero in your browser.
    7. Sign in to Vero and approve the connection.

    An organization owner adds the connector first:

    1. Go to **Organization settings** → **Connectors**.
    2. Click **Add**, hover over **Custom**, then select **Web**.
    3. Enter the server URL: `https://mcp.getvero.com/mcp`. Leave **Advanced settings** empty.
    4. Click **Add**.

    Each member then connects their own Vero account:

    1. Go to **Customize** → **Connectors** and find **Vero**.
    2. Click **Connect**. Claude opens Vero in your browser: sign in and approve the connection.

To use Vero in a chat, click **+** → **Connectors** and toggle Vero on.

## Try it out

Ask Claude things like:

* "List my scheduled broadcasts for this week"
* "What's the status of my \[journey name] journey?"
* "Draft a broadcast called 'July Newsletter' on the email channel"
