Understanding entries in the activity log
After sending out your campaigns you may want to dive into the details of your campaign metrics by viewing how recipients interacted with it.
On the activity page you can find a breakdown of your campaign metrics by user. Each individual activity log will display the email activity of the customer: delivered
, opened
, clicked
, and unsubscribed
. These activity logs are also available to view for each user on their profile page.
Clicking on the individual log will display further details about the user's interaction with your campaign.
Additionally, on the activity page you can filter logs by Campaign, Status, or by date range.
Activity List:
Message
- Sent - When Vero sent the message to the user
- Delivered - When the message was received
- Opened - When the message way opened (either by a real person or a bot)
- Clicked - When a real person clicked a link in the message
- Failed - When Vero failed to send the message
- Unsubscribed - When the user selected to unsubscribe using the link in this message
Event
- Identified - When a user has been updated or added Vero for the first time
- Event - When a custom event has been tracked to Vero (e.g. sign_up, checkout_complete etc)
