In Vero Cloud, Newsletters are sent to a segment of customers. You may occassionally want to send to a static list of customers. You can do this by using tags. To create a static list you can follow the following steps:
  1. Create a CSV import with columns id , email , tags.
  2. The tags column can contain any randomised name (ie. static_list_oct_22).
  3. Import CSV.
  4. Create a segment with the condition “has tags with xx.”
  5. Include segment as audience on your Newsletter campaign.
